The 5,300㎡ space at Baihua Times Square in Dongguan needed to be the mall's traffic anchor. The client was torn between adult bowling and go-karts as the anchor, and worried that a pure equipment hall would lack secondary spend.
SPORTS ANT Solution
SPORTS ANT chose four lanes of adult bowling (requiring 26m of depth) as the anchor, paired with four zones — sports competition, family, arcade and social F&B — and mandated a water bar for secondary spend to lift the average ticket. The design-plan PDF locked the zoning and equipment configuration.
